A pop-up pizza event, and unlikely place for composting, but the perfect match. We partnered with The Quarterly Slice to ensure an entirely zero-waste evening, with every scrap captured to feed our detritivores. The story was simple; soil grows the ingredients, the ingredients become the meal, and the remnants return to the soil.
